BagWati facilitates peer-to-peer parcel carrying. We recommend the following for both senders and travelers:

1️⃣ Declaration Required

Senders must accurately declare:

• Item type, quantity, and value
• Weight and dimensions
• Any fragile or special handling needs

2️⃣ Written Consent

Travelers must receive clear written consent (through BagWati or verified messaging) confirming what they are carrying.

3️⃣ Liability Limits

BagWati is not liable for:

• Customs seizures or fines
• Damage in transit unless gross negligence is proven
• Undeclared items causing delays

Travelers and senders may agree on compensation terms privately through the app chat.

4️⃣ Use Your Judgment

• Only carry parcels you feel comfortable with
• Always open and check the parcel in front of sender before accepting
• Retain images and receipts where applicable

Both parties are responsible for compliance with customs and airline regulations. BagWati serves as a facilitator only and is not responsible for individual transactions between users.
