By using BagWati's platform, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use our services.

2️⃣ Our Service

We connect travelers with users who want to send items between the UK and India. BagWati is a platform only — we are not a courier company.

3️⃣ Responsibilities

Senders must provide accurate parcel details and avoid prohibited items. Travelers are responsible for carrying listed items as declared. BagWati is not liable for any loss, theft, customs seizures, or delays.

4️⃣ Payments & Charges

Fees are paid via the app. BagWati takes a small commission from each successful match.

5️⃣ Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations must be made 48 hours before scheduled travel. Refunds are subject to review.

6️⃣ Platform Use

You agree not to misuse the platform. Any abuse or fraudulent behavior will result in account termination.
